Since each woman has a unique body structure and physical make-up, the yoga sessions are tailored keeping these in mind, so as to ensure physical well being; and in the bargain, gently lead you to connect with your body.
The yoga sessions include;
Yoga Nidra (Meditative state)

Loose comfortable clothing
Avoid eating 2 hours prior to the class as it is advisable to practice on an empty stomach
You can choose to practice during the weekdays or weekends, anytime from 8a.m to 7p.m (subject to availability).

Minimum 4 participants - Payment upfront @ Rs. 900 per participant per session
If more than 4 participants will give discount & charge Rs. 700 per participant per session
Fee increases by Rs. 100 per year of practice.
