YOGA STRUCTURE
Approach:
Since each woman has a unique body structure and physical make-up, the yoga sessions are tailored keeping these in mind, so as to ensure physical well being; and in the bargain, gently lead you to connect with your body.
The yoga sessions include;
Pranayama (breathing),
Asanas (Poses),
Yoga Nidra (Meditative state)
Benefits:
Connect with your body and breathing and experience calmer moments

Strength
To prepare:
Yoga Mat
Loose comfortable clothing
Avoid eating 2 hours prior to the class as it is advisable to practice on an empty stomach
Timing:
You can choose to practice during the weekdays or weekends, anytime from 7 a.m to 7 p.m (subject to availability).
Setting:
In the calm, quiet comfort of your home
Investment:
60 mins of yoga
Based on distance hence unable to quote one flat rate :)
Special Offer:
Monthly Yoga Pass - avail of 5% discount when you commit to a minimum of 4 classes that your schedule will allow.
(payment upfront, valid for 30 days, non-transferable and reschedule as per availability).

Respect your body's limitations and inner wisdom, if something feels wrong or dangerous, please do not do it. Please consult your health care practitioner before starting yoga, pranayama or any other exercise program.
